Manish Khurana is an investor, entrepreneur and venture builder, and the Founder of Innovations Venture Studio . He built IVS around a distinctive “ Idea to IPO ” thesis, taking a sector-agnostic approach to identifying, building and scaling businesses with the potential to become enduring enterprises. His work combines capital, strategic direction and hands-on support to help founders strengthen capabilities and create long-term enterprise value. An alumnus of ISB Hyderabad and an Executive Alumnus of London Business School , Manish has experience across venture capital, private equity and strategic investments, with exposure to businesses spanning technology, consumer, industrial and emerging sectors. An avid reader and lifelong learner, he remains deeply focused on continuous learning, growth and understanding the ideas, industries and businesses shaping India’s next phase of development.

CA. Ankit Agarwal is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) with an experience of more than 18 years as a Practicing Chartered Accountant. He has a vast experience and has been a Business, Risk and Financial Consultant to many Start up businesses. He has been associated as consultant with KPMG and has act as Business Risk Consultant to many companies like Bharti Airtel, Sony India, Beetel, VIOM, PVR Cinemas, GSK (Gloxosmithkline).
More than 9 years of expertise in Compliance Management, Corporate Law Compliance, Due Diligence, FIPB, Venture Capital Fund, Joint Ventures, equity participation, NGOs, spearheads lot of initiatives & actively contributing to the society via her educational ventures. She is an Associate member of ICSI & worked across locations in the country.
Saumya Mehrotra is the Chief Capital and Investor Relations Officer at Innovations Venture Studio, where she leads capital strategy, fundraising, and institutional investor partnerships across the platform and its portfolio. With over a decade of experience across HT Media Group and the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), she brings a deep understanding how institutional capital is evaluated, structured, and deployed. She has worked closely with Limited Partners, General Partners, family offices, investment banks, and financial institutions, driving high-value relationships and complex transactions. Known for her clarity of thought and disciplined approach to capital, Saumya aligns strategy with investor conviction and execution. At IVS, she ensures capital is not just raised, but strategically deployed to build scalable, long-term outcomes.
Seasoned banking and business operations leader with 21 years of cross-sector experience, including 16 years in retail and HNI banking and 5 years in infrastructure business leadership. Demonstrated success in managing high-value client portfolios exceeding INR 10,000 crore across liabilities and depository services, while driving relationship growth, service delivery, and business expansion in the retail wealth ecosystem. Over the last five years, transitioned into infrastructure sector leadership with end-to-end responsibility for business and operations, including legal and Liasoning, Business,, finance oversight, marketing, stakeholder management, commercial execution, process governance, and cross-functional team leadership.
With almost 27 years experience across banking, financial services, and private equity, Sumit has led and advised high-stakes transactions across debt, private equity, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transformations. He brings deep infrastructure sector expertise and a track record of investments spanning medical technology, defence, solar, green solutions, manufacturing, and information technology sectors.
